Do you have a store in London?
No, currently we don’t however we can offer mail order from our Brighton store. The address and email address can be found on our contacts page.
Do you deliver to locations outside of the UK?
Yes we do, the postage costs are on our terms and conditions page.
Can I use gift vouchers, discount vouchers or student discounts on line?
Unfortunately we don’t have the facility to process discounts or vouchers online. We can only offer these discounts in our store.
Why do you not list the width fittings for the shoes on the website?
Our manufacturers only produce their footwear in one width fitting. However, as in the case with clothing, different production techniques can mean that customers will find that sizing can vary from one manufacturer to another, Some manufacturers produce their footwear with generous width fittings , whilst others can be relatively narrow. It very much depends on the design of the footwear and the general sizing of of the particular manufacturer. Unfortunately, we do not hold details of the exact width fittings of many of the styles. However, if, having purchased the footwear, you find them to be unsuituable, we will be happy to offer a full refund providing the shoes are still in perfect condition.
Do you have half sizes?
Unfortunately we only do whole shoe sizes. If you are unsure about your size, please email your enquiry to enquiries @yomauk.com
How many shoes or bags can I order ?
You can order as many as you like.
I cannot find the shoes I want to order on line, is it available ?
Although we stock products from a range of manufacturers we do not always have the full range online. If you have seen a particular style of shoes instore that is not available on the website you can contact our store on 0044 1273 571 455 and we can do a mail order for you.
What is your returns policy ?
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website, please return your item (s) unworn and in good condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.
